GENERAL

WCoyote Outdoors appreciates your interest in making a purchase from Wcoyoteoutdoors.com. Our intent is to provide quality products and services at reasonable prices. In addition we want our customers to enjoy the experience each and every time they visit WCoyote Outdoors. Our Terms and Conditions is one way to help make your transactions enjoyable. It outlines how we do business and provides information valuable to your buying experience. We want you to have this information “up front” not “after the fact”. The Terms of Sale cover the procedure involved with making purchases on WCoyote Outdoors.

WCoyote Outdoors is owned and operated by WCoyote LLC. The terms “you” and “your,” when used in these Terms and Conditions, mean any user of this Site, “we”, “us”, “our” and Site refer to WCoyote Outdoors.

Customers must be at least 18 years of age or have authority given by either a parent or guardian to make a purchase from WCoyote Outdoors.

You acknowledge that any use of the Site is subject to our Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. Additionally, any personal information you provide to us will be subject to our Privacy Policy.

You will be able to buy from WCoyote Outdoors with confidence knowing that if you are not satisfied with your order when it arrives it can returned with a full refund. No questions asked.

Orders

Every order that you place on our Site will be subject to acceptance in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Once we have processed your order and your item has been shipped we will send you an email confirming that your order has been shipped and provide a tracking number if available.

We work hard to make sure all orders are processed smoothly and efficiently. In the real world of course there is going to be an occasional glitch. When this rare event occurs we at WCoyote Outdoors will make the customer aware of the situation immediately and involve them in the decision making process to solve the problem.

We reserve the right to cancel any order and/or prevent access to the Site at any time, with or without cause.

Any discounts we offer are time limited and are dependent on product availability.

Order Cancellation or Changes

Once you place your order if wish to make changes or decide cancel the order please e-mail us at sales@wcoyote.com or call 1-515-268-1878 as soon as possible. If the order has shipped changes can be accommodated via our return policy.

PAYMENT

We will take payment from your credit card or Paypal when you place your order. You will have the option of choosing your payment method during checkout. If we are unable to supply the product that you have ordered, we will contact you by e-mail or phone, and your credit card/Paypal will be refunded immediately.

Errors and Inaccuracies

We work hard at WCoyote Outdoors to prevent errors, but sometimes errors do occur. The information on the Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after an order has been placed). Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability.

SHIPPING POLICIES AND DELIVERY

Shipping and Handling

Free shipping and handling charges listed on the Site apply to the contiguous US only. Items that do not ship free offer the buyer the opportunity to choose their shipping method from either USPS or UPS. Real time calculations are used to determine the shipping cost. Certain products are offered for sale to Canada and foreign countries. When this is the case the same real time shipping calculations for USPS and UPS will be available.

RETURN POLICY

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please return your merchandise within 30 days for a full refund or exchange (please see exceptions below).

Returned products must be in new condition, must include all original parts, manuals and accessories, and must be returned in the original packaging.

Items returned should be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or packing slip showing total purchase price. Properly returned items will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable tax in the original payment.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the processing and shipping of your order.

After 30 days brand name optics, electronics and other manufacturer warranted products should be returned to the manufacturer.

If your item arrives damaged, please keep all boxes and packing materials and immediately e-mail Customer Service at sales@wcoyote.com for further instructions. If we accept your return, we will apply your refund, less shipping and handling, to the original form of payment.

The following exceptions do apply:

CDs, videos and computer software may be returned within 30 days if unopened and unused.

Return Procedure

Please e-mail a request to return to sales@wcoyote.com . Include Name, address, description and invoice number.

Once we respond to your request please repackage your item and return it to:

WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

Products sold by WCoyote Outdoors may be covered by manufacturer's warranties. Where applicable, warranty information should be included with your product. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. If you experience any product defects outside of our return period, please contact the product’s manufacturer. AMENDMENTS
